Meeting the Challenge(s)

Hey Folks,

I’m very pleased to tell you that the response to yesterday’s webinar on “The Challenges of OD (& Getting Beyond Them)” was terrific!  In fact, people are still trying to register and are inquiring about a recording of the event!

Thank you to all of you who attended! Your participation via chat, and the excellent questions you submitted, made it a lively event. Many people even stayed late for extra Q&A!

I’m pleased to tell you that we will be posting a link to the recording and a PDF version of the slide deck to the Online Courses page of the website shortly. We will notify you when it is ready.

I am also gratified that interest in the series, The Eight Disciplines That Make OD Work, has been very strong as a result of the webinar. As we discussed yesterday, the integration of these disciplines into your practice is what will help you to consistently overcome the challenges that OD practitioners face. If you would like to find out more about these modules, which are much more interactive and in-depth than yesterday’s session, please click HERE. The first module begins on November 5th, and seating is limited to 15 people, so register soon!

If you have questions about the modules or their format that are not answered on the website, please feel free to email me at michael@CHumanS.com.

What’s New? A Lot!

Hello, Everyone! We’re close to the start of a new season, and big things are happening at the Center for Human Systems! Here’s a taste:

Relaunching the “Making OD Work!” Webinar Series

After an initial launch during which we learned a lot about creating and delivering on-line presentations, I will launch a redesigned series of on-line webinars.  The focus is still on “Making OD Work!” However, we have restructured, renamed, and repriced the modules based on the feedback that we’ve gotten.

To kick-off the relaunch, we are offering another *f*r*e*e* introductory webinar, “The Challenges of OD (& Getting Beyond Them!)” on October 5th! Click here to learn more about the introductory webinar and the series that will follow.

Alumni of the Triple Impact Practitioners Programs can register for the eight modules of the first course at deep discounts!

Triple Impact Programs!

Triple Impact programs will start in San Francisco, Columbia, MD and Seattle in January 2011! Folks have already started to register, so sign-up soon! The San Francisco program was over-subscribed last year! Edie is in Anchorage to do one up there with Gwen Kennedy and Lori Henry.

If you would like to discuss bringing Triple Impact programs to your city, click here. You only need ten people!

Triple Impact II for Alumni???

After many requests, Edie and Michael are considering putting together Triple Impact II for Alumni. We need to know how many of you would be interested in such a program. We see it focusing on applying the disciplines to groups and other systems.

We need more information though. What structure would you like regarding number of day, consecutive days, and other ideas that you might have for such a program? Contact Michael at michael@chumans.com if you are at all interested!
