The Making OD Work series of on-line modular courses is a powerful way to deepen skills for managing change personally and interpersonally as well as with teams and organizations. You will be able to enhance your coaching skills, your management skills, your team building skills, and your strategic planning skills. In addition you will build a supportive learning community while sitting at home or in your office.
This series of courses has been developed for those who cannot take advantage of the in-person Triple Impact Practitioners Programs that are given in several cities. Series B also has a more specific focus on the levels of human systems.
These are MODULAR COURSES THAT MAKE AN IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE. Participants find themselves using what they've learned right away—with satisfaction and productivity.
