Interactive Webinars
Each course module will begin and end with a two-hour interactive webinar with a week in between. We will be using the famous Webex Training Center platform. Participants will be able to see each other via web cams, ask questions, work in small groups, and chat. Be sure that your headset with microphone and your web cam are in working order!

Asynchronous Discussion Forum
In between and after our webinars we will interact via an easy-to-use Groupsite discussion forum. In this we will have asynchronous discussion of the many ways the definition can be useful to you once you make it your own.

Individual Coaching
During the span of the course Michael will be available for individual appointments to discuss projects you may be working on or anything related to managing change in human systems.

Taking each module from the beginning is highly recommended though each may be taken singly in any order.
