Based on his cutting-edge article, Critical Interventions: A New Take on The Stages of Planned Change, Michael offers this series of modules to explore in-depth how the Disciplines of Planned Change, introduced in Series A: The Eight Disciplines that Make OD Work, can be applied to the day-in and day-out activities of the OD practitioner or organizational leader.
The OD activities to be covered are as follows:

- Coaching: Events at the Personal Level of Human Systems
- Conflict Management: Events at the Interpersonal Level of Human Systems
- Team Building: Events at the Group Level of Human Systems
- Strategic Planning: Events at the Organizational Level of Human Systems

- Consequences as Accountability
- Disengagement
Detailed descriptions of each module will be available soon. A prerequisite will be having participated in at least half of the Series A modules or having taken a Triple Impact Program.
Taking each module from the beginning is highly recommended though each may be taken singly in any order.
