Triple Impact Leadership Intensive | Site-License and Certification
Interested in having an in-house capability for infusing Triple Impact skills through-out your organization? If so, our Site-License and Certification program will be of interest. It has two aspects as follows:
Certification: Four qualified employees of the organization will be trained to deliver the program through a five step process to the satisfaction of the program authors:
- Take the program as delivered by program authors
- Assistant in program delivery as an intern to the program authors
- Deliver the program with one of the program authors
- Deliver the program with one of the other trainees under the supervision of a program author
Site-License: Upon certification of the four employees, the organization will be eligible to purchase a site-license for the trainees to use the program materials and deliver the program to others in the organization. The price of a license will vary depending on how many times the organization would like the program delivered by their certified employees. For example:
