Triple Impact Leadership | Certification & Licensing

Certification & Licensing

Interested in having an in-house capability for infusing Triple Impact skills through-out your organization? If so, our Certification and Licensing (C&L) program will be of interest. It has two aspects as follows:

Certification: Four qualified employees of the organization will be trained to deliver the program through a five step process to the satisfaction of the program authors:

1. Take the program as delivered by program authors
2. Assistant in program delivery as an intern to the program authors
3. Deliver the program with one of the program authors
4. Deliver the program with one of the other trainees under the supervision of a program author

Licensing: Upon certification of the four employees, the organization will be eligible to purchase a license for the trainees to use the program materials and deliver the program to others in the organization. The price of a license will vary depending on how many times the organization would like the program delivered by their certified employees. For example:

Program Deliveries	License Cost
Five	estimated at $30,000.00
Ten	estimated at $50,000.00
Twenty	estimated at $85,000.00
