The program has been intentionally designed for groups of leaders and leaders-to-be that are or will be deeply involved in leading, creating and managing change in their organizations or communities.
Diversity among the participants is highly desired across functions and organizational levels as well as age, gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. The greater the diversity, the richer the program, the deeper the learning. It is highly recommended that each participant in the program have at least one other participant with whom they work on a daily basis. This greatly increases the ability of each to apply what they learn in their organizational units.
Intact teams also benefit from going through a program together with their leadership. In doing so, dysfunctional dynamics can be surfaced and addressed in addition to the other benefits that come with taking the program.
In either case, the best results are obtained by limiting the number of participants to no more than twelve per program. Running concurrent programs allows more participants to take the program at the time while affording greater scheduling flexibility for busy schedules.
