Based on the 15-credit course that more than 500 graduate students took at Johns Hopkins, with three important differences.

The principles you will learn in this program have been used effectively to create and manage change in organizations of all types and sizes, including: business, the military, other government agencies, and non-profits. As practitioners, Edie and Michael have successfully facilitated change themselves for more than 80 combined years. What sets this program apart is that you will learn, and then apply, key principles of this change technology on the same day! Mornings are spent on a key principle; afternoons are spent applying the principle to individual situations of participants in the program. Another key difference is the personal commitment of your mentors to your success. Michael and Edie are available between sessions for one-on-one coaching to help you solve problems and further customize what you learn to what you are dealing with.
