The program focuses on the Meta-Model of Planned Change and its Eight Principles of Planned Change that support mastery of the fundamental steps of OD (contracting, data gathering, intervening, evaluating, and disengaging) applied to four levels of human systems (individual, interpersonal, group, and organization).
